靈樞.大惑論에 對한 硏究
초록/요약
This chapter present the pathology of vertigo, amnesia, hunger, distress of lying, mokpye(目閉), dawa(多臥) when we go up high. The main contents of this chapter are as fllows. 1. It describes the jeonggi(精氣) of our ojang-yukbu(五臟六腑) put into eyes and mokgye(目系) is conneted to brain. The vertigo come out when jeonggi(精氣) and sinhon(神昏) are broken up because we go up high and see unusual thing. 2. It describes the cause of amnesia is jangwisil(腸胃實), simpyeheo(心肺虛), shortage of sanggi(上氣), remain of hagi(下氣) . The hunger come out because wiyeol(胃熱) bring about hyper-digestion and bulgisik(不嗜食) come out because unhaeng(運行) of gi(氣) is blocked in wiwan(胃脘). 3. It describes if wigi(衛氣) only stay in yangbun(陽分) not in eumbun(陰分), distress of lying come out because of yangseongeumheo(陽盛陰虛). The other way, if wigi(衛氣) only stay in eumbun(陰分) not in yangbun(陽分), mokpye(目閉) come out because of eumseongyangheo(陰盛陽虛). 4. It describes dawa(多臥) come out because the time that wigi(衛氣) stays in naejang(內臟) is longer and its unhaeng(運行) is slower if chejeok(體積) of jangwi(腸胃) is bigger and its skin is more sapche(澁滯). The other way, sowa(少臥) comes out because the time that wigi(衛氣) stays in chepyo(體表) is longer if chejeok(體積) of jangwi(腸胃) is smaller and its skin is more hwaryun(滑潤). These symptoms are not serious but usual, and we are confused because diagnosis and treatment are not easy. Therefore we named this chapter daegamnon(大感論) and deal with the problems.
