行間 刺鍼이 腦血流力學 變化에 미치는 實驗的 硏究
Experimental study of acupuncture at LR2 on the cerebral hemodynamics in normal rats
초록/요약
LR2 has been used in oriental medicine for many centries as a meridian point to treat apoplexy. And, This paper was designed to investigate whether LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture affects cerebral hemodynamics〔regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), mean arterial blood pressure(MABP)〕in normal rats, and to make manifest whether LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture is mediated by cyclooxygenase or guanylate cyclase. The changes of rCBF and MABP were determinated by laser-doppler flowmeter(LDF). The results were as follows in normal rats ; 1. LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture significantly increased rCBF during acupuncture and after withdrawing of the neddle. 2. LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture decreased MABP during acupuncture, but LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture increased MABP in compared with normal condition. 3. Pretreatment with indomethacin(1 ㎎/㎏, i.v.) significantly inhibited LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF, but increased LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of MABP. 4. Pretreatment with methylene blue(10 ㎍/㎏, i.v.) significantly decreased LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF and MABP. This results was suggested that LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture increased rCBF by dilating pial arterial diameter, and the mechanism of LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture is mediated by guanylate cyclase.
