行間·少府 補瀉鍼法이 局所腦血流量 및 平均血壓에 미치는 影響
Effects of LR2·HT8 by reinforcing and reducing on the regional cerebral blood flow and mean arterial blood pressure in normal rats
초록/요약
LR2 and HT8 have been used in oriental medicine for many centries as a meridian point to treat apoplexy. And, This study was designed to investigate whether LR2·HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture and LR2·HT8 Reinforcement in Acupuncture affect cerebral hemodynamics〔regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure(MABP)〕in normal rats. The changes of rCBF and MABP were determinated by laser-doppler flowmeter(LDF). The results were as follows ; 1. LR2·HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture decreased rCBF and MABP in compared with normal condition. 2. LR2·HT8 Reinforcement in Acupuncture significantly decreased rCBF, and decreased MABP in compared with normal condition. 3. HT8·LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture decreased rCBF during acupuncture but recovered rCBF after withdrawing of the neddle. 4. HT8·LR2 Reduction in Acupuncture decreased MABP during acupuncture and after withdrawing of the neddle. 5. HT8·LR2 Reinforcement in Acupuncture significantly increased rCBF during acupuncture and 30 min after withdrawing of the neddle. 6. HT8·LR2 Reinforcement in Acupuncture decreased MABP during acupuncture, but recovered MABP after withdrawing of the neddle. In conclusion, I suggested that LR2·HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture and LR2·HT8 Reinforcement in Acupuncture caused a diverse response of cerebral hemodynamics.
