大補元煎의 腦血流 增加效果에 대한 實驗的 硏究
(The) Experimental Study to Effects of Daebowon-Jeon on the Changes of Cerebral Blood Flow
초록/요약
This study was designed to investigate the effects of Daebowon-Jeon extract(DBWJ) on the change of cerebral hemodynamics [regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), mean arterial blood pressure(MABP)] in normal and to determine the mechanism of action of DBWJ. The results were as follows; 1. DBWJ significantly increased rCBF in a dose-dependent manner, but MABP was not changed by injecting DBWJ. 2. The DBWJ-induced increase in rCBF was significantly inhibited from pretreatment with indomethacin ( 1 ㎎/㎏, i.p.), an inhibitor of guanyl cyclase. 3. The DBWJ-induced didn't affect to reduce MABP by pretreatment with indomethacin and methylene blue. These results suggest that the mechanism of effect of DBWJ was mediated by cyclooxygenase, and had an effect of the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics.
