This paper aims at rural development by rice processing complex especially focuses on improvement of working methods after harvest of rice-plant. It consists of four parts : ① rise of problem ② present situation and problems in working method ③ necessity and expectant effective of rice processing complex ④ conclusion Existing method in working after harvest of rice-plant needs more cost and labor power. also this process lead to low quality of rice and loss of rice. Therefore it weakens international competitive power in rice products. So we should improve from existing method to modern method, RPC. Modern method cuts cost and labor power. also low quality of rice or loss of rice. finally it enhances international competitive power in rice production in our country. It also connects directly to rural development.
