초록/요약
The study on the adsorptive stripping voltammetry uf corticosterone was done with 1.0×10_-2M sodium hydroxide as supporting electrolyte. The analytical conditions were 6 min. (deposition time), -0.8 volts (deposition potential), medium (mercury drop siz), and 20mV/sec (scan rate). Calibration curve has shown a lineality from 5.0×10_-9M to 8.0×10_-7M. And, it was possible for the determination of corticosteroide hormone without other ele-memts' disturbance in medical supplies, for it has a high sensitivity as a result of having applied this method to medical supplies.
