부하가 지각하는 직속상관의 유머감각 및 유머스타일과 부하의 군생활 적응과의 관계

초록/요약
본 연구는 유머가 조직 구성원간의 친밀감을 향상시키고 리더십에 영향을 미치는 요인이라는 선행연구에 근거하여, 군대에 있어서 지속적으로 관심받고 있는 리더십 계발에 대해 시사점을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 육군에서 복무중인 병사 557명의 질문응답 자료이며, 사용된 조사도구는 총 3가지로써 유머감각, 유머스타일, 군생활 적응 척도이다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS Windows용 12.0K의 하위 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 사용한 통계적 분석방법은 측정도구의 신뢰도를 조사하기 위한 신뢰도 검증, 변인들간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위한 상관분석, 부하 계급에 따른 직속상관의 유머감각 및 유머스타일 지각의 차이를 알아보기 위해 일원변량분석과 사후비교 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 부하가 지각한 직속상관의 유머감각 및 유머스타일이 부하의 군생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 위해 단계적 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부하가 지각하는 직속상관의 유머감각 및 유머스타일은 부하 계급에 따라서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 부하가 지각하는 직속상관의 유머감각은 부하의 군생활 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 유머선호고 유머생성에 비해 높은 설명력을 가졌다. 셋째, 부하가 지각하는 직속상관의 유머스타일중 순응적 유머는 부하의 군생활 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 비순응적 유머는 부하의 군생활 적응에 부정적인 영향을 비쳤으며, 비순응적 유머가 순응적 유머에 비해 높은 설명력을 가졌다.

This study aimed at presenting suggestion point for leadership development that is getting interest continuously being in army. It was based on a precedent research which is humor is factor that improve feeling of intimacy between organization members and affect in leadership. Concrete research objectives according to it lie in analyzing following aspects: first, analyzing whether there is difference or not, to perceive direct control senior's humor sense, humor style degree by subordinate's grade. second, analyzing effect that affects subordinate's military life adjustment according to subordinate's recognize about direct control senior's humor sense, humor style. The research subjects were 557 soldiers who are being in service in the army and they were conducted by questionnaire survey. The research instruments used in this study were humor sense, humor style, military life adjustment measure. The data analysis was carried to 12.0K sub-level programs for SPSS Windows. Used statistical analysis methods are reliability verification to investigate reliability of measuring instrument, correlation analysis to explore correlation relation of between factors caused change, one-way anova and post-comparative analysis to explore humor sense and humor style of direct control senior by subordinate's grade. Added up to, gradual multi-regressive analysis was used in order to investigate subordinate's military life adjustment effect by subordinate's recognize to direct control senior's humor sense, humor style. The main research results of this study are as follows: First, there was no statistically significant difference in the subordinate's recognize, according to subordinate's grade, to direct control senior's humor sense and style. Second, subordinate's recognize to direct control senior's humor sense had an positive effect on subordinate's military life. Third, subordinate's recognize to direct control senior's adaptative humor, empathic ability had an positive effect on subordinate's military life adjustment. However, mal-adaptative humor had an negative effect on subordinate's military life adjustment.
