리더십이론 발전광을 통한 리더십개발에 관한 연구

초록/요약

ABSTRACT In the past, leadership was studied from the aspect of characteristics theory, behavior theory, situation theory, etc, and in the 1980s, 'new leadership paradigm' has begun. The reason that new leadership theories have started is related with changes in business environment. Limitless competition caused by globalization converted to flexibility and revolution-oriented business environment proper for environment that changed sharply from stable environment to appropriate efficiency-centered business environment. Therefore, the importance of leadership in management of the modern business has been underlined and desire for participation and autonomy of each organization member has also increased. The most interested sector recently in relation with leadership under this management environment is empowering, super and emotional leadership. Study is required to be conducted dynamically most from the aspect of participation and autonomy of each member. Therefore, the direction of true leadership for 21st century indicates that leader-centered leadership and staff-centered leadership should coexist and be developed. Therefore, this study systematized and defined the concept of emotional leadership, super leadership and empowering leadership under the current circumstance where interest in 21C desirable leadership in this information era has been increasing. Also, this study was to suggest direction of leadership by studying desirable leadership that the 21C current enterprises or organizations require through examination for the modern leadership that has been not discussed so far. Therefore, this study examined basic theory of every leadership applied to at present, investigated direction of desirable leadership and mutual effect with each member, analyzed limit of the traditional leadership theory and explored an appropriate management leadership that requires desirable leadership.
