코치-선수 관계(CAR)가 대학 엘리트 농구 선수들의 운동 소진에 미치는 영향 : 훈련 및 경기 만족도의 매개 효과

농구 경기에서 코치-선수 관계(CAR)는 경기 성과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소 이다. 선수들은 일상적인 훈련과 경기에서 좋은 성적을 내고 승리를 쟁취하기 위해 수많은 어려움과 도전에 직면한다. 이 과정에서 코치는 매우 중요한 역할을 하며, 선수들과의 원활한 관계 및 적절한 의사결정은 선수들의 훈련 효율성과 경기력 향 상에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 만약 선수들이 코치에 대한 신뢰를 잃는다면, 이는 코치의 결정에 대한 반발심을 초래할 수 있으며, 결국 훈련 및 경기 성과 향상에 부정적인 영향을 미쳐 운동 소진을 유발할 가능성이 높아진다. 따라서 본 연구는 코치-선수 관계가 경쟁 스포츠에서 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 특히 대학 엘리트 농구 선수들의 훈련 및 경기 만족도의 매개 효과를 중심으로 연 구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 412명의 대학 엘리트 농구 선수(남성 51.4%, 여성 48.6%)를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 조사 데이터를 분석한 결과 다음과같은 주요 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 코치-선수 관계와 대학 엘리트 농구 선수들의 훈련 및 경기 만족도 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 존재하였다. 즉, 선수들이 코치와 긍정적인 관계를 형성 할수록 훈련 및 경기에서의 만족도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코치-선수 관계는 대학 엘리트 농구 선수들의 훈련 및 경기 만족도를 유의 미하게 예측하는 변인으로 작용하였다. 이는 코치와의 원활한 소통 및 긍정적인 관 계가 선수들의 훈련 및 경기에서의 몰입도를 높이고, 전반적인 만족도를 향상시키 는 데 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다. 셋째, 선수들의 훈련 및 경기 만족도는 코치-선수 관계와 운동 소진 사이에서 매 개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 선수들이 훈련 및 경기에서 높은 만족도를 경험할수록 운동 소진 수준이 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론과 제안을 도출하였다. 첫 번째는 운동 소진과 코치-선수 관계는 유의미한 부적 상관관계를 보였으며, 대학 엘리트 농구 선수들의 운동 소진을 줄이기 위해서는 코치는 선수들에게 세심 한 관심을 기울이고 각 선수의 특성을 파악하여 긍정적인 관계를 구축하는 것이 중 요하다. 이는 선수들의 부정적인 심리 상태를 최소화하고, 경기력 향상에 기여할 수 있다. 두 번째는 선수들의 훈련 및 경기 만족도는 코치-선수 관계와 운동 소진 사이에 서 중요한 매개 역할을 수행하므로, 훈련 및 경기 만족도를 높이는 것이 운동 소진 을 예방하거나 완화하는 중요한 방법이 될 수 있다. 이를 위해 코치는 체계적이고 합리적인 훈련 계획을 수립하여 선수들의 훈련 및 경기 만족도를 향상시키고, 궁극 적으로 선수들의 운동 소진을 줄이는 방향으로 지도해야 한다. 세 번째는 선수들은 자신의 경기력 수준을 객관적으로 인식하고, 장기적 및 단기 적 목표를 설정하여 지속적으로 기량을 향상시키는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 과정은 운동 소진을 효과적으로 예방하고, 경기력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다.

In basketball, the relationship between coaches and athletes (CAR) is a key factor that affects athletic performance. In daily training competitions, athletes need to face many difficulties and challenges in order to pursue good results and achieve victory. The coach is a very important factor in this process, and a good relationship and decision-making with the athletes will improve their training and athletic performance. If team members lack trust in the coach, they will develop resistance towards the coach's decisions, which is not conducive to improving athletes' performance in competitions or training, leading to sports fatigue. Therefore, this study explores the research mechanism of high-levelbasketball players' training and competition satisfaction through the hot topic of athlete coach relationship in competitive sports, and focuses on examining the mediating role of athlete training and competition satisfaction in this model. This study surveyed 412 high-level college basketball players (51.4% male and 48.6% female) from the perspective of athletes. By analyzing the survey data, the results show that the coach athlete relationship is significantly positively correlated with the satisfaction of high-level basketball training and competition in universities, and the coach athlete relationship has a significant predictive effect on the satisfaction of high-level basketball training and competition in universities. The satisfaction of athletes with competition training plays a sequential mediating role between coach athlete relationship and high sports fatigue. And the following conclusions and recommendations were obtained: 1) There is a significant negative correlation between sports fatigue and the coach athlete relationship. Therefore, in order to reduce sports fatigue among high-level basketball players in universities, coaches should treat athletes with care and understand each athlete, establish good relationships, and minimize the occurrence of negative states among team members. 2) The satisfaction of athletes with competition training plays a sequential mediating role between coach athlete relationship and sports fatigue. Therefore, improving athletes' satisfaction with training and competition is also an important way to alleviate or suppress sports fatigue. This requires coaches to develop reasonable plans in their daily training and competition, in order to improve athletes' satisfaction with training and competition and reduce the occurrence of athlete fatigue. 3) For athletes, it is important to have a reasonable understanding of their competitive level, set suitable long-term and short-term goals, and continuously improve their competitive ability and level. These can effectively alleviate or suppress the occurrence of sports fatigue.
